I give very little 5 starts but I must say, I am extremely happy that I got to meet you guys. It takes time to really respect and trust people with these kind of jobs. But I must say from all the people I hired to clean I can really reccomend you guys for anything, you name it. Apartsments, homes and restaurants, ect. Katherin and her team did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They were responsive, professional, and thorough. What I was most thankful for was that even after the house unexpectedly had the water shut off by the city and she didn’t have water from the house to clean with, she was so kind, patient, flexible to go out of her way to get extra water to finish the cleaning as needed – that was above and beyond my expectations. I cannot say enough great things about Katherine! We are moving out of an apartment after living there for over 5 years and it was very dirty, plus we have dogs. I’d never hired a house cleaner before and I was nervous about the outcome, plus I am on a tight budget with moving. Not only did she offer me a discount, but she spent the entire day at the apartment and made sure it was SPOTLESS. I am confident that there won’t be any issues with our move out inspection and she and her partner are worth every single penny. Plus, she is just a sweet human who understands life circumstances and doesn’t make you feel embarrassed or bad for your house condition. I will definitely recommend her and use her again!
